Co-ordinate with the Material, Product Development, Plant Engineering and Quality Department to run the production smoothly. Managed to solve the daily basis production issue.

The main responsibility was to plan the raw material through MRP system and ensured that these were within predefined inventory level to meet the production requirements.

1. Study the Process of Production of Knitting, Dyeing, Cutting, Stitching and Finishing. 2. Working on the line balancing of Cutting and Stitching Department under the supervision of Assistant Manager Production.

Exercise the Design of Experiment (DOE) in the Thermoforming Process to control the variation in the production of Door Liners

Study the process of different manufacturing motorcycle parts and working on the Muffler Assembly Layout.

Thesis: Implementing Six Sigma Methodology to raise the sigma level of the machining process, manufactured by the CNC Machine to prevent rejection and to meet the maximum monthly production by saving the cost of PKR. 20/unit
