I lead the marketing function end-to-end - spanning SEO, Web Development, Content, Advertising, Design, and Brand Strategy. I manage multi-layered teams to execute high-impact, cross-functional campaigns, align closely with Product, Sales, and Operations, and ensure every initiative drives measurable growth. Reporting directly to the VP - Growth, my mission is to accelerate user acquisition, elevate brand authority, and strengthen Bautomate’s position in a competitive global market.

Lead WordPress development to enhance functionality and user experience. Implement technical SEO strategies using tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, SE Ranking, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and GTmetrix. Conduct detailed audits to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring peak SEO performance. Collaborate with teams to stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Contributed to Anudip Foundation being ranked 65th in the World’s Top 200 NGOs (DotGood) and recognized as a top 10 NGO in India for 4+ years. Delivered courses on Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Web Design, Workplace IT, Soft Skills, and Communicative English. Developed curriculum, conducted assessments, and facilitated workshops and seminars to enhance student learning experiences. Coordinated with the Placement Team to achieve a job placement rate of at least 75% for all trained students in 2023 FY.
