1. Setting up a schedule for engineering development of an aircraft for a specific customer and to follow the deviation. 2. Maintaining certain KPI. 3. Support the state of the art visual management and action management. 4. Directly involved during the Deployment and Completion phase of a key Business Improvement project for A350 aircraft program's Fuselage and Cabin perimeter.

During my six month tenure at the Institute for Technology and Innovation Management, i was involved in the following activities :- 1. Analyzing the Innovation pattern from emerging markets; 2. Market research ; 3. Assisted in restructuring a Masters program which was conducted by the Institute for Technology and Innovation Management ; 4. Preparing presentations, 5. Assisted the Institute in Organizing an International and a National level symposium which took place in Hamburg, Germany ;
