- accountable for the efficient and effective running of a Motor Personal Injury claims handling process - dealing with client requests and complaints - ensuring a high standard of customer service - supervising motor, home and personal claims handling process - identifying sources of problems and positively reacting to them

Collecting and analysing data, searching out information and preparing documentation concerning selected tax problems, essential for issuing opinions for clients.
