Implement efficient working processes and co-ordinate, assign, and review the work of clerks engaged in the following duties, Invoice Processing, Exception handling, Vendor queries, reports and recording financial forms. Examine and verify accuracy of work and authorize routine payments, credits, and other transactions. Part of Supplier Portal & Ticketing system implementation and testing. It’s user-friendly tool where supplier/Vendor can get to know the status of each invoice without contacting AP team.

• Handling Invoice Processing a team of 25 FTEs. • Prepared an easy checklist which helped the team meet their quality targets and ensure there were no misses in SLAs. Conducting Process Knowledge Test (PKT) for team members. • Provided different location wise solutions, AS IS & TO BE Process Maps, SIPOC, FMEA, Quality Check Plan, Volume and FTE Forecasting. • Looking after customer escalations and creating the Root Cause analysis of the problem and submitting it to client.

•I was part of Onsite Team and Transitioned Bank and Payment Process from Europe to India. • Successfully handling all the Payments Process, Bank Statements Booking and Reconciliation of different Accounts related to the client business. • Successfully completed on site transition of Bank & Payments Process and stabilized the process within short period. • Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and solve problems. • Preparing weekly payments forecast report and inform to Treasury.
