As Communications Manager, I have oversight of all internal and external communications activity, liaising with the team to build a leading conversation online and reach as many current and potential new members as possible.

I have trained hundreds of professionals and help them improve their organizational, presentation and communication skills. The training include Business Communication, Planning and Organizing, Customer Orientation, Time Management and Stress Management.

- Managing the monthly KPI analyses and payments on Time Analyst as well as the flow design of cross-team communication. - Coordinating Payment Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) harmonization for all countries in the EMEA region. - LEAN Champion - playing a key role in the implementation of LEAN in the Accounts Payable team. - Providing support for Accounts Payable processes including Invoice Processing, Vendor Master Data, Vendor Queries, Payments and Travel & Expenses.

- Coordinated the entrepreneurship courses at the Centre of Entrepreneurship Research and Innovation (CERI). Designed the entrepreneurship training program in collaboration with partner universities in USA. Organized Business Plan Challenges, BootCamp and Ideas Pitching competitions. - Coached students with business ideas to develop their business plan.

- Provided leadership in all aspects of CUIB-CERI Entrepreneurship and Academic Fair (CCEAF). - The fair is an annual event organized by the Center of Entrepreneurship, Research and Innovation (CERI) of the Catholic University Institute of Buea (CUIB) - I Led a team of 30 person, grouped into 6 commissions. - The trade fair took place for 11 days, with more than 98 companies, NGOs, government institutions and universities participating and more 52 000 visitors.

- Project Coordination and following up the time and deliverable from local agencies in France and Canada - Assisting the Project Manager in controlling international market research projects in Europe, Asia and America - Quality Control of data collected by field agents. - Data analysis and preparation of reports - Preparing RFQ and selecting local agencies in Europe, Asia, America and Africa

- Annual Budget development and follow up - Daily financial and administration management - Financial reporting, management and procedures for AIESEC National Organization - Design & implement national communication channels and strategy - Weekly newsletter design and publish
