Reporting to Director of IT Talent Attraction & Acquisition Working on Applicant Tracking System, requirements, resume search and database entry. Posting Job requirements on leading job portals (if required) like Indeed, Dice etc. and screening responses. Vendor Management – Working on contracts and assigning the requirements to vendor’s (if required). Creating Supplier Portal Access credentials for new vendor’s and sharing with them. Working on releasing offer letters or Work orders to the new hires.

Responsibilities include extracting, formatting and delivering accurate, complete and relevant results from multiple databases. Data collection across the globe, Update the databases with information acquired through various research methods, Build and perform quality checks on the updated databases to ensure validity of information, Analyzing trends and implement necessary steps to improve the success of the projects & Discussing the methodology deployed with client during the course of Project.
