Participate in establishing a formulation development strategy to meet a target product profile, Participate in planning activities and resources, as well as preparing specifications for analyses and choice of methods, With support from the analytical center, co-develop and validate analytical methods, Design study plans, including in-vitro release methods, formulation compositions, stability and compatibility studies, and in-vivo tests .

Develop pre-formulation and formulation strategy and designs experimental plan for new formulations with DOE and QbD principles for injectable, ophthalmic and oral dosage forms. Design and perform quality scientific experimentation to develop robust processes in support of Formulation/Process Development activities. Refines formulations and processes through targeted DOEs and develops control strategy
