- Accountable for all activities related to delivering the technical solutions (gathering/ analyzing requirements to optimize the performance of the client’s infrastructure, and designing the infrastructure solutions to satisfy client RFSs). - Write statement of work for the proposed solution. - Provide technical solution design architecture/documents for RFSs. - Manage client relationship during the technical solution process.

- Plan and build technical specifications as a part of new projects cycle including core banking architecture and infrastructure design. - Provide higher level of technical support and assistance to systems administration team on current and future systems including infrastructure and banking systems. - Responsible for Skill and career development of the team. Ensure permanent cross training and knowledge sharing between team members thus increasing productivity and minimizing dependency on key resources.

- Manage all related CBS (Core Banking systems) implementation and support. - Manage Microsoft infrastructure components and Citrix Farms (services, design, migration). - Manage VMware Hosts, clusters (configure, design, deploy and HA Solutions). - Manage HP-OV modules (HPSM, HPOMW, HPSIS, HPBSM, and HPBPM). - Monitor reports and act proactively to maintain services SLAs and cost-effective services.

- Manage and troubleshoot main domain and its trusted subsidiaries domains. - Manage and support wide range of Windows Boxes (design, implement and troubleshooting). - Manage, configure and support (SAN storage & Tape Library) for Data Protection and Backup Systems. - Apply Security Policies for HQ and subsidiaries including remote patches deployments. - Act as a technical lead in some infrastructure projects.

- Administer Microsoft directory services, messaging, collaboration and security solutions and Citrix XenApp services. - Install, Configure Tripwire Server (Access Control & Monitoring Server) and RSA SecurID and Perform daily monitoring activities.
