Hired as part of Microsoft's premier services the Global Technical Support Services Team (GTSC) to provide premier customers with hourly based support services within SLA agreement in ​MEA and South Africa​ ​areas focusing on windows platforms core technologies like Windows services, NLB, advanced network traffic analysis, memory dump analysis in addition to DNS, DHCP..etc.

Hired as a technical instructor to deliver Microsoft's official MCSE classes (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer). Also joined the NewHorizons CISCO program to deliver CISCO official CCNA courses
