Experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting juniper routers MX series, M series and T series, Software, and Hardware upgrade for the mentioned Juniper devices, Tshooting Routing issues for implemented Customers solutions, Working with JTAC in Tshooting Csts' technical cases, Testing solutions and new features in lab.

Experience in supporting leased lines & MPLS VPN issues of Enterprise Csts, Configuring and troubleshooting MPLS VPN L2 & L3 on PEs, Troubleshooting PE-CE routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, static), Troubleshooting inter Autonomous systems routing of BGP/MP-BGP, Troubleshooting MPLS PE issues on CISCO 7200, 7600, ASR, GSR & Juniper M7i, M10i & M320, Monitoring customers networks through SNMP.
