•Working on the architecture, design, and implementation of DELL EMC Data Protection Solutions. As an early member of a new team, contributed and collaborated with management in building up the team. •Provides operational support to customers for implementations, and management of EMC solutions. Works closely with the customer on EMC Best Practices, ensuring EMC solutions work as intended in the customer's environment. •Installs or upgrades EMC products in an Open Systems environment.

•Backup and storage Service Owner for (GOVCA) external project at the ministry of finance -Implementing, Administrating, Updating, & troubleshooting EMC products located at the site (Networker, Data Domain, XtremIO, Unity 300, VSS1600 and MDS SAN Switches) •Administrating IBM storage systems, SVC, A9000, A9000R, TPC, &XIV •Administrating Brocade SAN Switches •Implementing, Administrating, troubleshooting, and Updating Commvault •Provide reports for backup & storage environments & related activities &tasks.

•Provide initial system design for new projects based on technical requirements across the best practices architecture. •Manage and maintain storage systems (Netapp, EMC, Huawei, Brocade) •Manage and maintain backup and recovery solutions (CommVault, Recover Point, Veritas, VDP) •Manage and maintain VMware Enterprise Environments (PSC, HA, DRS, VR, SRM, VDS, VUM) •Manage and maintain enterprise Servers (HP Enclosures, Nutanix) •Manage monitoring tools (PRTG, True Sight, VROPs, VIPR SRM)

•Implementing, Administrating, troubleshooting, and Updating Data Domain and Avamar •Implementing, Administrating, troubleshooting, and Updating VNX 5200 & 3200 •Administrating and troubleshooting XtremIO •Deploying, Configuring, Administrating, troubleshooting DR sites •Monitor, troubleshoot & resolve daily backup & replicate process failures •Perform all Microsoft infrastructure & VMware Administrator duties as a consultant •Administrating Hyper-Flex & UCS as assigned

•Installing, configuring, Updating and administrating Esxi, vCenter and all vCenter services and roles •Administrating, troubleshooting and Updating EMC VNX 3200 •Install and Configure ISCSI controller on windows server •Install and configure Microsoft Windows FS and SQL clusters •Responsible for monitoring the backup process •Build and compilation environments, VMware farm, NAS storage systems •Participating in the migration project for all platforms from Windows Server 2003 to 2008R2, to Server 2012

•Handling all problems of Cloud Computing technologies such as HyperV, VMware. •Install and configure Microsoft Windows FS and SQL clusters. •Troubleshooting the Infrastructure and connectivity issues remotely such as AD, GP, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, WDS, Proxy, VPN’s, and Forefront TMG 2010. •Initiating and implementing Infrastructure Improvement projects •Support of installation, maintenance, and administration of Windows Server’s AD •service infrastructure for both virtual and physical environments

•Call handling, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents •Software Installation, desktop, & laptop hardware provisioning •Record and log all customer queries and requests by telephone &email •Respond to clients promptly and clearly with a resolution •Escalate issues within the company or third parties when necessary •Provide internal customer service related reports •Installation of all new IT hardware & Software for clients •Respond to server resource monitoring alerts •Perform other duties as assigned
