Supporting and advising MSME bank and finance company Managers and Boards on the challenges of business development, credit risk management, staff hiring and training, project management, technology, improving productivity and efficiency, turning around underperforming operations.

Internship in Erlangen and with the SAT partner firm in Ljubljana, Slovenia and Kiev, Ukraine

Managed the relationship with banks and other financial institutions in German-speaking countries and handled international deposit business with other foreign banks.

Diploma awarded upon completion of a management training programme consisting of classroom instruction provided by the Carl Duisberg Centre (CDC) and CDG-sponsored internships at local businesses.
