I designed and optimized the customer journey and service blueprint for online training, which led to an increase in user satisfaction. I conducted user experience interviews to identify key pain points and user needs, which ultimately led to the development of a new feature. I also designed graphic logos and created custom Miro templates for training workshops. I designed a visually appealing booklet for online training, which improved the user experience and training effectiveness.

-As a UX/UI designer and frontend developer, I have extensive experience in developing and maintaining user-friendly interfaces for a GPS-based application using IONIC, AngularJS, HTML, SCSS, and Typescript. -My efforts have resulted in increased user engagement, as I have conducted usability testing and redesigned the interface to improve user satisfaction.
