 Prepare project schedule based on the contract  Monitoring the progress of engineering, procurement & fabrication activities, updating the schedule & evaluating the progress and analyzing overall schedule.  Identifying the critical path and major risks and highlighting to the responsible management authorities and assuring the recovery action from the management.  Produce reports that guide design, procurement and manufacturing activities and measure their performance.
