key responsibilities: • Competitor research analysis and reverse product engineering; • Customer complaint handling and problem solving; • Monitor batch progress and raw material reports; • Assess and develop productivity processes to increase efficiency and safety; • Research, improve and innovate new products that align with Omega Industries strategies.
