- Act as PM and initiate improvement projects in Risk Control Operational department, promote Process Excellence following Lean - Six Sigma methodology - Analyse and review current process; involve in all front-to-end project cycle, from interview stakeholders to identify defect, analyze root cause .. to design, assess and elaborate improvement solution - As Business Analyst in IT optimization projects; elicit business requirement and work closely with IT team to provide solution and implementation plan

Focus on Banks, Asset Management or Transfer Agent - Manage project and responsible for project deadline, scope and quality. - Work closely between development team and clients to meet business requirement. Conduct workshop to discuss and analyze requirement, problem and delivery solutions - Prepare business requirement document, functional requirement document and assist clients to develop testing strategy and test case. - Travel to client’s locations.

- Understood and analyzed business’s strategic direction as well as working process; identified limitation and needs to improve process or promote new products to market. - Interviewed or met with business owner/stake holder to analyze and gather business requirements and problems; interpreted business problems/need to ASIS and TOBE model to determine priority of requirements and manage requirements change.

Analyzed expense spent for market data in among Goldman Sachs global and broke down to expense by regions, countries, divisions and departments - Analyzed market data expense under various scenarios (e.g. data flow through various devices, low latency market data…) to forecast coming up year’s budget change.
