Assisting in the drafting and amending of a variety of legal documents such as lease agreements, exclusive use agreements, information request lists, due diligence processes, and memorandums. Additionally, conducting legal research and attending client meetings.

Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support the drafting and negotiation of business agreements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Drafting and amending partnership agreements, non-disclosure agreements and non-compete agreement contracts. Parttaking in meetings with the founders of the company and helping to advise them in business matters and legal matters.

Explored different areas of the legal world through doing work in the different practice groups. Conducting research for clients and compiling the research accordingly and appropriately for the use of my superiors. Writing memos, finding relevant cases, creating presentations for example on the new Saudi Regional Head Quarters.
