Leading a team of frontend engineers responsible for the application that manages bookings, customers, payments, and various other business functions. We collaborate closely with the Product, Backend, User Experience, and Quality Assurance teams to implement new features and enhance the user experience.

Joined the company as a Senior Frontend Engineer, taking ownership of their AngularJS application managing bookings, customers, and payments. I implemented various features to empower customer care agents (cancellations, amendments, etc.) and streamline booking processes for branch and call center agents. Later I was leading the migration of this application from AngularJS to React.

Led the initiative to optimize the company's Internet Subscriptions Management System, resulting in significantly fewer downtimes and an improved overall user experience. Redesigned the existing monolithic application by separating the front-end and back-end. The frontend was built with AngularJS, while the back-end uses ASP.NET Web API and adheres to RESTful principles. This modernization resulted in a significantly improved user experience

Led the upgrade and upscaling of a leading telecom company's website by migrating their Sitefinity CMS from an older version to the latest iteration. This process addressed compatibility issues and resulted in an enhanced visual design. Also delivered customized CMS solutions to various other clients, contributing to their successful online presence.

I spearheaded the conversion of the company's two desktop-based applications (School ManagementSystem and Property Management System) into web applications. This project involved designing thecomplete architecture, including the database model and user interface in collaboration with the designteam. I also onboarded and guided other developers to ensure contributions and future feature additions. Thisrapid transformation significantly improved customer retention.

Actively participated in the development of web based B2B Real Estate Application. Received the Top Performer Award the very first year I joined the company. Improved the user experience by adding Client Side behaviors using Javascript to an ASP.NET based web application.
