Maintaining and issuing quality related documents for quality assurance in production – control plans, checking criteria, working instructions, etc Submitting PPAP documentation and presenting it to end-customers FMEA team member for related group of manufacturing products External claim, customer contact person- communication about root-cause analyzes (Pareto, 5Why, Ishikawa), corrective actions taken and preventive actions, submitting and distributing 8D reports
