In the role of Service BI Senior Analyst I responsible for several technologies globally: SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Data Services, QlikView. Team: 14 indirect reports - 14 consultants in US, India, Belorussia and Russia Main responsibilities: • Creation and driving of Technologies road maps; • Consultant’s workload management; • SAP BO WEBI reports development, CIPs and BugFixes; • SAP BO DataServices development; • Stakeholders management; • Trainings for team members.

Responsible for SAP BusinessObject application in global Service Expert Center team • SAP BusinessObjects WEBI reports development, CIPs and Bug Fixes; • L1 and L2 solutions creation; • Providing Quality Assurance for new development; • Creation and optimization of support processes; • Trainings for L1 and L2 of support; • Driving of road map activities; • User communications.
