O&M lead for new transaction requests such as new markets, bids/auctions, and investment opportunities: - Analysis of new opportunities from an O&M perspective (technical scope, commercial aspects, risk identification). - Responsible for the transaction processes, including due diligence, market and bid analysis, and vendor’s Q&A. - Definition of O&M strategies, steering projects to improve performance and reduce CAPEX/OPEX. - Management of the relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Management of all O&M aspects for the origination and growth pipeline and its associated governance processes.

- Contract management of Service Maintenance Agreements (SMA) for 10 wind farms (350 wind turbines, 1,200 MW), ensuring execution according to scope and agreement obligations. Claims and warranties management. Negotiation of contracts. - Identification, evaluation, and negotiation of aftermarket sales opportunities. - Team leader for Fleet Optimization sales in the LATAM North market.

- Market research for wind and PV technologies in the Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) region. - Development and negotiation of technical and financial proposals for commercial and industrial projects. - Project management for the installation, testing and O&M of the company first wind-driven reverse osmosis desalination system unit (San Andrés Isla, Colombia). - Procurement of goods and services through direct negotiation, RFQ, and tenders.

- Supervision and support of student-led sustainable energy initiatives, from conception to completion. - Coordination of students with academia and industry to facilitate technical and financial cooperation for the projects.

- Coordination and supervision of projects around the country. Definition of scopes, schedules, and budgets. - Training of staff in design, construction, equipment O&M, and insulation application. - Inspection, maintenance, and repair of equipment during projects (on site). - Certifications: UBM Trainer (2010), Construction Techniques and Methods (2009), Mobile Insulation System Operations, Applications and Maintenance (2009).

- Design of a maintenance system for the UBM equipment, including maintenance system conceptual engineering design, maintenance plan development, and maintenance management control system design and costing.
