I am the project coordinator for HTML/CSS coding of Website and Widgets, Email Templates and E-Newsletters. I work with Web Developers, Graphic Artists and Marketing Personnel, managing projects from the start to finish.

My primary duty was to manage a schedule for published and prospective ads using Open X Ad Server in conjunction with Joomla. This involved creating advertisement accounts, tracking advertisements placed on various landing pages and metering ad clicks. I also managed the Google Ad account, filtering irrelevant ads and efficiently filling empty ad space.

My sense of leadership and ability to learn quickly was one of the main reasons I was given full responsibility of various assignments and trusted to complete confidential endeavors. I handled a variety of administrative tasks from scheduling meetings, managing marketing collateral and assisting with trade shows. I was also in charge of customer accounts, quoting, translating, order entry, inventory, shipping, logistics and account balancing.

With my specialized background in printing, I became the key person for scheduling various printing jobs, matching print specifications with print machines while maximizing production runs. Attention to detail for interpreting job docket specifications was extremely important to prevent discrepancies and machine downtime.
