• Developed a 6-week startup programme (ideation + validation) with +100 applicants. • Organized events and meetups to connect entrepreneurs-in-the-making to industry leaders. • Assembled and coordinated a team of young software engineers and designers to build a web platform from the ground up (product design + management). • Designed a product from paper prototypes to a high-fidelity user interface. • Built a network of mentors who passed through companies like Zomato, Tesla and Spotify.

People Network Team

• Organized Techstars Startup Weekend Lisboa 2018 and started the organisation of the 2019 edition. • Managed and coordinated the team of co-organizers and volunteers. • Took charge of the event communication/sales channels. • Brought in experienced international mentors from different backgrounds to help local entrepreneurs get started. • Got people from 5 continents to attend a local-based event which led to diversity, innovation and growth of the local mindset.

Organised events and designed a startup acceleration programme for students in partnership with Upframe.

• Conducted market research and analysis for a company client. • Learned about user research, design strategy and people-centred design.

• Successfully managed and coordinated an on-site team of ~30 volunteers in the Landing Festival, Europe’s biggest tech careers event with talks and workshops from industry leaders. • Top user referral (web marketplace) in April and May of 2016.
