Ø Review of mortgage applications for compliance with ANZ guidelines, processes and standards. Ø Provide front-line feedback on non-compliant applications and ensure operational risk management. Ø Professional experience in the accounts payable accounting process with SAP. Ø Create the payment files in SAP. Ø Check the invoices and post them to SAP. Ø Booking of orders and non-order invoices. Ø Prepare the payment instruction and send it to the bank for further processing Ø Look for unpaid vouchers in weekly and yearly reports and process them accordingly. Ø Provide a quick copy of the payment as requested by the bank to determine if the payment was successfully generated.

Ø Track all payments and expenses including pay slips, orders, bills, bank statements, etc. Ø Compare processed work by checking entries and comparing system reports with balances Ø maintenance of historical records Ø Pay employees by checking expense reports and preparing paychecks Ø Prepare account analyzes and prepare monthly reports
