Leading Functional safety, SOTIF & Cyber Security group. The teams under my group are located in Germany and USA & we are responsible for L4 autonomous driving Truck safety and Cyber security developments & release.

• Lead safety activities for the hydrogen system development for the vehicles. • Set-up safety team structure in the organization. • Establish new processes for the team. • Evaluate Hydrogen Engine system and identify safety relevant risks. • Moderate safety analysis (HARA, FTA, FMEA). • Consult safety concept to the team members. • Organizational activities (E.g.; budget, headcount, hiring process, tools). • Provide safety training to the employee of the organization.

• Develop and Organize Product safety team for upcoming HVB projects including setting-up roles and responsibilities. • Set-up working model between Germany RD & China RD for the team. • Review safety work products (Functional safety concept, Technical safety concept, FTA, DFA, FMEA, Item integration and testing). • Evaluate supplier for coming HVB project nomination. • Set-up development interface agreement (DIA) with supplier. • Support organizational topic (E.g.: Budget, headcount & hiring activity).

• Derive FSC and TSC. • Safety assessment for the high voltage battery according to ISO 26262. • Consolidation safety part of release process (for each HW and SW milestones). • System modeling (Activity Diagram, Block Diagram, Requirements and Sequence-Diagrams) for functional and technical safety. • Safety management and tracking of Safety plans. • Safety analysis (FTA) and Model based engineering (PTC-Modeler). • Review functional safety test specification, test strategy with test department.
