Six Sigma implementation project at SIPRA Engineers Pvt. Ltd Nashik Project Title: Overall defect analysis and improvement of Pressure Die-casting Assembly.  To study the process, analyze the data and use DMAIC approach for defects reduction.

Project Title: Implementation and extension of SAP Production Planning Module for PNS Business Project Description:  To understand the business flow of Piramal Enterprises Ltd. and SAP Production Planning Process, perform the gap analysis between AS-IS and TO-BE Process of Production Planning , perform the test scenarios, simulation, analyze the results and compare actual vs. expected results.  To understand the functions like Warehouse Management, Quality Assurance and Control in Pharma Industry

 Process Activities: Reconciliation and Settlement of cash flows, capturing the trade details from the client systems, worked with the tools like DOMAN, Pay station, QMS, Intellimatch.  Audits: Preparation of cash management report, matching report and various financial audits.  Dealing with counterparties, front office and middle office for query resolution and feedback.  Analytics: Conducting Statistical Analysis of DTCC process and accuracy rate calculation.

 Measurement And Analysis: Measurement of process variables and system analysis with DCS .  Maintenance: Troubleshooting of field problems, calibration and testing of instruments.  Procurement: Understanding of Procure to pay cycle, preparation of purchase requisition,Vendor Selection, worked with ERP (JD Edwards) for Procurement activities.

 Attended a Summer School:"Operational Excellence and Managing Global Supply Chains the German Way"  Visit to different companies like BMW, Airbus Helicopter, MAN Trucks, ASM Assembly and Systems, AGFA Healthcare and understood their supply chain.
