Along with my love for IP, writing is something that comes natural to me. I believe in calculated expression where things are presented in ways to influence and present the right picture. My current role as an Analyst includes Preparing Information Disclosure Statement for cases where prior arts haven’t been disclosed. It is important to disclose all the relevant matters to Patent and Trademark offices of different countries and this phase of the patent life cycle involves disclosure. Reviewing and conducting the comprehensive search on Patents, Publications and written opinions. I have been using different software to maintain, fetch records and present them to maintain the novelty and non-obviousness of the patent and publication. Draft written opinion keeping discloser of prior arts in mind. My role also demands me to coordinate with the different clients such as Microsoft, Minks law firm on their requirement with the documents and disclosure needed by them.
