In this role I lead a team of 8 Persons, managing a turnover of 25 M€ per year with my team. The team consists of engineers, buyers, planners and customer support to handle the product lifecycle for our key-customer. The customer has several key indicators which are used to communicate desired improvements within the company. The team is responsible to execute improvement projects to increase customer satisfaction

In this role I was responsible for the calculation and pricing of new projects for different customers in the automotive industry. By asking the right questions in the design phase we were able to help reduce the cost of the products. I created a controllable production process using the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) approach including a succesfull PPAP design and process verification procedure. The process was designed to manufacture up to 400.000 units a year.

The customer manufactured copiers in a running production process of 300-600 copiers a day. I was responsible for managing the changeover of the production process with a project team from purchasing the parts from a global supply base, manufacture and test the first trial runs to a gradual changeover of the total volume. With a team of engineers, quality controllers and production leaders we prepared and executed the changeover. I was the organizer and chairman of the monthly business review meetings.

I was responsible for the assembly process and test definition of the subnanometer wafer stage module. Any fault or quality complaints from this process leads to a delay of the delivery to the end customer. I introduced and co-created a series of test systems for 8 M€ to ensure proper qualification. Due to my experience with the wafer stage I was promoted to the Metrology and System Qualification part on a system level. I learned and teached the way the position system is constructed and calibrated
