Responsible to understand the Business functionality and provide the best solution to achieve the business flow. Also, provide the estimation from end to end solution and develop the complicated functionality.

My role in the project was to Support the Salesforce team as an SME who leads from offshore. I was an integral team member and instrumental in upgrading of Salesforce applications to the latest versions. I am also responsible for the enhancement and bug fixes with a very young team who has very less experience in Salesforce.

My role in the project is to get the requirement from the onshore guys and develop it and deliver it on time. I have helped my team member to achieve their goal on time and also worked on rule engine POC to represent the capability of the resource.
