Significantly contributed to HR strategic management projects, trained and mentored new employees – introduced the improved training model and collaboration platform across the bank. Assisted with operational activities within the branch.

Full accountability for managing an independent client portfolio (about $50M assets and $40M mortgages). Interfaced regularly with customers and led sales and customer meetings (at least 2 per day). Provided training to new hires and apprentices.

Seamlessly provided support to client advisors in daily business activities. Collaborated with other specialists from Investment Banking, Wealth Planning and Credit offices.
