Head up business development and marketing for EMEA region for this worlwide fund administrator (leader in alternative funds space). Am also involved in developing our business in Americas and worked on initiatives to set up our operations in the US and Canada and am also actively targeting South America (and in particular Brazilian) focussed RE funds.

Private equity fund with equity commitments totalling $4.5 billion. Invests in real estate related company. I was responsible for portfolio management of certain European investments. This involved spending signficant amounts of time at the portfolio companies working with management on improving operations.

Multi-strategy $5 bn hedge fund which was active in illiquid investment. I worked as asset manager responsible for real estate, NPL and music copyrights transactions in Europe and US.

Headed up the finance operations for Europe. Was responsible for both Core Plus products (3 funds totalling €300m equity) as well as Opportunity Fund (€1.2 billion equity).

Worked in Cargill Inc's proprietary investment arm (which has now become a fully fledged $5 bn hedge fund). Responsible for investment controlling of real estate, NPL and music copyright deals. Duties included structuring, deal closing, monitoring, cash flow forecasting etc. Worked on deals in France, Germany, Italy, Poland, UK and US.

Performed audits (financial, operational and special projects (HR review, Fraud, Vendor)) of CSC's European subsidiaries.

Responsible for controlling of several Europe subsidiaries of Arcelor Mittal's (still Arbed in those days) active in the flat steel sector. Duties included reporting, corporate planning, information systems, business development and special ad-hoc projects.

Audit (financial, operation as well as special projects incl. due diligence, consolidation, etc.) of multinational Belgian and international firms.
