This result is linked with the strategic re-qualification of the division trough new vendor agreements, strategical partnerships, vendors re-negotiation, new marketing tools, pricing strategy. -Raw material procurement for the printing business (roughly 2,5ml purchased products). In 2012 we reached 12% saving. - Logistics SLA improvement: returns 5% less, 48 hours order delivery + 20%.
