Welding Engineer Teamlead / SPOC for UK Customer V-Car Upper and Underbody. Coordinate the RLE Welding-team UK. Setup new structure for the project plans. Distribute and coordinate the work on the Weld-team and set up timings for delivery. Solve Issues that comes up during the developing process and provide all Welding information in TCe. Represent the RLE Welding-Team in Meetings at Customer UK. Organize and Moderate the Handover-meetings.
