Responsibilities include developing, designing learning content and leading a global Sales Learning Team including all of Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America to drive sales growth.

Primarily focused on onboarding-, training-, coaching- & mentoring sales associates and sales leaders across segments in EMEA/APAC/LATAM in the areas of sales/buyers' process, sales messaging, sales methodology, sales skills & tools. Acting as a liaison between new sellers, their managers, senior leader, and mentors, as well as their respective communities, to conduct skill gap analysis, discuss areas of development and potential solutions to drive overall sales success

As part of this "hybrid" role, I was responsible for selling complex Payroll, HCM, and business outsourcing software/SaaS and services to the SBS market, taking care of Sales Operations & Marketing for ADP Switzerland, and creating & execute the local Sales Readiness Strategy (including Lead Generation, Market Intelligence and Sales Effectiveness). Member of ADPs Global Brand Steering Committee.

• Lead, coach, and support an amazing team of Service Delivery managers (10 associates) • Lead complex service delivery processes, develop resolutions to complex problems, and ensure contractual support service deliverables are understood and managed effectively • Work with sales, marketing, and product management and support team to address customer concerns on product issues • Analyse cases and surveys at the macro level • As part of a global initiative - create and roll out a tailored service catalog
