Change Advisory Board Member for End-User Support. Budget responsibilities for End-User hardware (~1.3M€) in the EMEA Region. Coordination and development of new concepts for a stronger IT presence in the business, to better align with the global strategies while continuously adding value.

Business development, customer identification and targeting. Design and continual improvement of SaaS/Cloud platform applications according to business requirements. Strategy, budgeting and accounting.

Evolving the online and mobile platform according to customer needs and market trends. Study and implement any possible future developments. Manage the development teams and control and approve any changes to the live platforms. ERP and CRM implementation and support. Strategic customer consultant and customer support management for all projects.

Design and development of operational software applications for offices and financial services of the entity. Integration with existing software and processes together with the IT department. Analysis of customer needs. Reporting directly to the head of IT and the CEO. Compliance with legal policies, business, security and confidentiality requirements. Oracle applications, external/internal web applications, reporting, pdf barebones generation, tying up with existing HOST systems and COBOL appliances.
