I am in charge of recruitment for Paris, Milan, Lisbon and Zurich. I manage as well HR projects: health insurance, médecine du travail, local onboarding and out boarding, organisation of events , onboarding survey, Exit interview, Recruitment KPI, definition and implementation of the recruitment steps and improvement of the recruitment process. Responsible for the entire recruitment process in the areas of sales; marketing; engineering, customer success and People.
