I manage the Internal Recruitment team at Ochre House, who are now one of Europe's major players in recruitment outsourcing and the wider talent management field. As a team we recruitment On-site and Head Office positions across the UK and Europe.

As part of an In-house resourcing team I was responsible for the effective attraction, selection and hiring of high calibre individuals for Capital Consulting. Clients include: Vodafone, Royal & Sun Alliance, Bank of America, American Express, Britvic, Coors, Freshfields, and Jones Lang Lasalle.

Headed up London Retail arm, managing a team of resourcers, responsible for Attracting, Sourcing, Screening, assessing, offer Management, and on-boarding for Retail positions.(Junior Management, Store Managers, Senior Managers and Head Office positions).

Covering the North and West regions (Approx. 400+ stores) I was responsible for delivering external management recruits to the business in line with vacancy needs, manpower plans and succession plans.
