Managing and improving the Quality Management System: -Develop and implement a process management system (on an intranet basis) -Ensure compliance to the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards (in charge of the certification) -Implement preventive and corrective actions -Train employees in regard of quality concepts and change management -Manage and perform internal and external quality audits -Manage customer and supplier complaints -Perform management reviews
