I was hired to establish the permeant Strategy & Architecture practice from scratch, and grew the offering to being cross-regional, capable of supporting clients with all their S&A needs regardless of location across the UK & Europe. This covered the full spectrum of Strategy & Architecture, from CTO, Head of Strategy & Architecture and Chief Architect, through to Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects and Domain specific Architecture specialist.
