(1) Project lead for crafting overarching internationalisation strategy (e.g. market analyses including selection and prioritisation, go-to-market strategy) (2) Expanding DFL’s network of international stakeholders (i.e. clubs; associations, leagues and others) & conclusion of 13 strategic (league) partnerships (i.e. USA; MEX; CHI) including NFL (3) Client-facing DFL representation on decision-making level & DFL internal stakeholder management between subsidiaries, and intl. offices (e.g. USA; CHI; SGP)

(1) Steering of marketing rights packaging and activation measures for domestic international rights cycle starting from 2020/21 (2) Managing relationships with global media partners for digital platforms (online, mobile, social) as key account and representative of DFL (i.e. regular visits to and workshops with international clients) (3) Developing 5+ different products (i.e. editorial; promotional campaigns) for media partners cross-functionally across ideation, production, distribution and evaluation

Brand consulting and strategic planning for TOP 100 brands (i.e. Pringles, Domino’s Pizza) mainly in football and winter sports to launch newly-acquired sponsorships incl. first-ever selling of sleeve sponsorships across multiple Bundesliga clubs (incl. BVB, HSV, BSC etc.)
