HR responsible of 4 logistic sites (2 in Belgium, 1 in Paris and 1 in Milano) with ca. 700 employees. My Job demanded lots of travelling in those 3 countries. Main tasks were implementing HR tools, transferring H&M culture and developping Mgmt.

Full P&L Responsibility, Leading a Team of 20 Store EE's. Main task: To maximise the sales opportunities and the profitability of the store, and to follow up on the results. To ensure the highest possible level of customer service and make sure the visual merchandising is carried out according to our guidelines. To manage recruitment, training and development for the Sales Advisors and the Store Management team are additional tasks.
