Alignment of the Carline Project with the Top Management. Steering of the project. Coordination of the optimization and cutamization of the Project Planning Tool cPlace with external programmers.

Lead of different working groups to achieve the final Design specifications for the exterior of new carlines. Especially Doors (incl. Closing- and Opening Forces), Back and Roof. Responsible for carlines from A- to S-Class.

Quality assurance in the production of the Audi R8 car top system

Technical standardization and knowledge management

Validation and Verification of a simulation-software to control the hydraulic drive of a car top system at the department for development, validation and technical calculation

Design of tools for machines, spirals and bevels and the creation of operational drawings for the shop floor

Support in the development of a hybrid gearing
