- New project design from early stage until start of production (SOP) using CATIA - Meetings and negotiations with customers (in Japan, Belgium, Turkey, China, Korea) regarding regulations, internal standards, customer requests and feasibility studies - Communication with quality, sales and production departments - Style and function feasibility studies, and FEM vibration and static analysis using CATIA - VB-scripting for CATIA to automate drawing and part list related tasks

- Responsibility for PLM/PDM systems (Siemens NX, Teamcenter) - Ticket correspondence with R&D and manufacturing departments - Workflow support for technical drawings and 3D CAD releases - Routine client and server-side maintenance - Troubleshooting and problem solving for PLM/PDM systems - Collaboration with other teams on issues related to hardware, security, network, IAM - Training of new employees on existing PLM/PDM system - Cooperation with FIAT Helpdesk, PLM/PDM support teams of Chrysler and Siemens

- Design processes of new vehicles (Tipo, Doblo, Linea) until SOP using Siemens NX and Teamcenter - CAD and GD&T support for instrument panel beam, dashboard, central console, door panels - Coordination of modeling and model officialization tasks within the team - Cost reduction and quality improvements for current models through design and material changes - Government lightweight project using novel materials - Orientation and training of new employees - Preparation and modification of norm documents
