Co-founded Código Coerente, now Brightstuff, and ran daily operations. • Built assembly, logistics, product testing and manufacturing documentation processes. • Led the team and coordinated customers, developers and suppliers. • Managed supplier prices, lead times, quality complaints and technical support across this role and the subsequent Operations Manager role. Sold my equity stake in 2022 and continued with the company.

Started in product testing and progressed into customer project management. • Managed production and delivery of more than 50,000 payment terminals. • Took customer projects from technical requirements through assembly, programming and testing. • Designed and built 3D-printed test jigs for production. • Tested and repaired PCB assemblies, investigated faults and coordinated product and supplier issues with customers and quality teams.

Studied Electrical Engineering with an electromechanical focus at the University of Aveiro, ESTGA. Completed ten practical group projects based on real engineering problems, combining technical work with written reports and public presentations.
