- preparing analyses ad hoc and audits mostly in invoicing area - taking part in migration of 1 depo into new logistic system

- Preparing the budget (for 1 year and 5 years), the business plan once a year and the monthly forecast - Reviewing and analysing performance vs budget, latest estimate and last year and so on. - Analysis of revenue, profitability - Releasing the costs ( with preparing documentation for proper cost commisions) - Preparing and presentation of results in form of KPI in front of managment - Calculation of prices for parts produced in the factory - Financial control on leasing process

- coordination of migration 18 depots in German into new logistic system (tariffs of clients for logistic services): - Conducting the trainings for teams members who has supported the migration (members mostly from Germany, Netherland, Czech Republic) - Taking part in different optimization processes in after go phase - Testing new solutions/improvements in system

- Booking of invoices from polish, foreign suppliers - Preparing the payments (inc. monitoring) - Agree balance sheets with suppliers - Preparing VAT records - Introducing the suppliers in the self-billing procedure
