Achievements: a) Extension of the distribution to the new non-pharmacy channels b) a positive perception of the brand and Doppelherz Protefix not only among final customers but also among wholesalers and pharmacy chains c) Maintaining the position of the brand, despite the strong expansion of new players on the market, concentration pharmacy chains and the implementation of category management in the pharmacy chains

Achievements: • Introduction of the next 30 Doppelherz and 1 Protefix products. Doppelherz brand range reaches 60 items. • 1 position for the brand Doppelherz among dietary supplements in Poland • Queisser in the top 30 pharmaceutical OTC, dietary supplements and medical devices companies • Designing, creating and employing the team of key account managers • Creating a new, modern image of the Doppelherz umbrella brand- previously associated only with the vital tonic

Achievements: • Designing and creation from scratch the team of sales representatives (planning, defining the requirements for candidates, recruiting, goal setting, evaluation) • Creation and improvement of own evaluation system of sales representatives • Introduction of 11 new Doppelherz activ products and 5 Protefix products on the Polish market • Increasing the Queisser turnover in Poland over the 4 years by 80% • Building a stable team of sales representatives
