Complete Implementation of the 5S Methodology in Offices and Administrative Areas, KAIZEN Workshops Implementation in the Injection, Assembly & Painting Areas.  PPS (Peguform Production System) Implementation.  MOD Headcount Savings through Process Improvements & line balancing.

Responsibility for remanufacturing department of heavy duty clutches, discs and double clutches.  Remanufacturing Process Improvements through machine investments.

 Six Sigma Green Belt training & Certification in LuK U.S.A Wooster, OHIO  Execution of Time Studies in Production Areas for productivity increase & line balancing  5s Program Implementation & CIP Plant Coordination (Continuous Improvement Program).  Value Stream Mapping for several Production Processes: Assembly, Machining and Stamping.  Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing Workshops Implementation.

Production Transfer of Solid and Dry Dual Mass Flywheels (DDMFW) Lines from USA to Mexico.

Data base implementation in the Development Area for Testing Parts and Costs Planning.
