assist in supervision of building progress in two projects, develop training schedules for new hires (maintenance), execute the training of new hires and existing employees, keep track of part usage, negotiate pricing and volume discounts, standardize parts for less overhead and optimized stock, retrofit machines to accommodate production needs, create SOP's, maintenance plans and forms in accordance to ISO 9001, improve cleanliness around the production floor, maintain and trouble shoot various equipment

3.5 years apprentice as an electrician (incl. journeyman certificate in German) 1.5 years maintenance technician, TS&R injection molding machines, custom designed automated systems, high speed automation, robots, ink jet & thermal transfer printers, printing systems.
