Project Manager – Full application management of the Claims management platform. I’ve been in charge of development activities in the context of insurance claims, managing a team of 6 professionals and reporting directly to the head of Business, to the Operations office chief and to the IT manager. I’ve achieved the deployment of 2 mayor projects plus various minor development activities matching the requirement of the company master plan and being personally involved in all the project’s phases.

Project Manager Test Stream: In charge of planning and governance for all User Acceptance Test activities for BSI's foreign affiliate Banks (Luxembourg, Nassau, Singapore and Hong Kong with over 100 resources allocated), single point of contact vs the IT Outsourcer reporting directly to the program management.

Project Manager on the PassCompagnia (core asset of UBI Assicurazioni insurance company) team, I’ve been in charge of a +20 team and been involved on both business analysis and project management.

Project Manager, contributed at the definition and implementation of the Application Reassessment MasterPlan for UBI Pramerica SGR, UBI SIM and UBI Assicurazioni. In charge of external vendors management for the migration of all HW assets to the new Data Center.
